It can be replaced for lower drag TT and Track Grease, or higher durability LongLife Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in when riding through messy conditions.PF30A is a Cannondale-specific standard for their 73mm wide bottom bracket shells. This CeramicSpeed kit makes it possible to install Shimano and other 24mm diameter thru-axle cranks into a Cannondale frame.CeramicSpeed Bearings come installed in two cups and are connected through the shell via a spacer tube.
