Ingredients: filler – microcrystalline cellulose, starch, cholecalciferol (vit. D), menaquinone-7 (vit. K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Allergens: may contain traces of milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.   Nutritional value In 1 tablet Vitamin D 100 µg (133%*) Vitamin K 100 µg / 4000 TV (2000%*) *reference nutritional value.     Usage: It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day during meals.
