1. The Case is perfect. The reason of 4 stars is it’s not grippy as i expected it to be because the name says “armor case”. Except that, the case is strong, doesn’t feel bulky, and the bezel keeps the camera and phone protected. And also feels premium.The matte back wasn’t supposed to take fingerprints but it does take smudges due to finger.2. Delivery: was quick. Took only 1 day to deliver.3. Support: Professional, extremely supportive and polite. Their CSR held his nerves while guiding me on a small camera concern.Remarks: 9/10.
